FUZED Fund
Art for the Community
The FUZED Fund is one way FUZED is improving accessibility and supporting our underserved and at risk neighbors. We are excited to start offering free glass art classes and workshops for those who wouldn’t otherwise get the opportunity to try glass art. Funded through direct donations and fundraising events, we hope to spread the joy of fusing all year round.
Donation Impact:
$40 supports one student’s attendance to a single class
$50 supports one step-by-step kit service
$400 supports one student’s participation in a full curriculum program (10 classes)
ANY donation is greatly appreciated!
2023 Impact Report
$1,245 received in donations
1 class hosted at Hamilton Family Shelter in partnership with DrawBridge
4 young artists introduced to glass art
2023 ended on a high note with my last minute (December) birthday fundraiser giving the Fund a great starting point for 2024. Thank you to everyone who donated for my birthday as well as every other donation to the Fund throughout the year. I am so grateful for a community that enables me to offer art as advocacy and increase accessibility.
Other Ways to Make an Impact
Shop curated items from artists past. “Mystery Glass” items are all pieces that were made in the studio and never made it to their forever home. Maybe the artist moved to Sweden, maybe their number was disconnected, maybe a first date also turned out to be the last so they just…never came back. Whatever the reason, the result is a stock of beautiful creations waiting to be adopted.
Fund Raising Events
FUZED is proud to partner with like-minded organizations to support the FUZED Fund through fundraising events.
